After an order is placed, you will have 30 minutes to cancel your order. You can do so by clicking cancel or edit from your order confirmation email.

After this 30-minute window, you cannot make any changes or cancel.  

To cancel an order at this point, submit an email with your order number or tell us via this form.

You can expect the following to occur once your cancellation request has been successfully submitted:

• If the cancellation request is successful, you will receive a refund notification in your email, immediately after the order is cancelled.
• If the cancellation request is unsuccessful, you will receive a shipping notification in your email.

If were unsuccessful, please follow the return process for a refund and a waived return label using this form.
