How do I change an item on my order?Updated 8 months ago

After an order is placed, you will have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order. You can do so by clicking edit or cancel from your order confirmation email.

After this 30-minute window, you cannot make any changes or cancel.  Please submit a cancellation request instead, and place a new order. 

If we are not able to cancel your items, we will gladly provide a courtesy return label simply let our customer care team know via this form.

We are open Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
