How do I change my shipping address?Updated 7 months ago
After an order is placed, you will have 30 minutes to make changes to your shipping address. You can do so by clicking edit from your order confirmation email.
After this 30-minute window, we cannot make any changes to your order.
At this point, to request a shipping address change, the below needs to be true for your request to be successful:
- Your order shipped via FedEx
- The new address is not in another country
- The package is not out for delivery, or been delivered
If the above applies to your request, we can correct the shipping address on your order by using this form.
