Processing Times

We typically process orders within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders will be fulfilled from our main warehouse in Pompano Beach, FL or from one of our various retail locations.

We don’t process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Spring Step Shoes currently ships orders via FedEx.

Once an order is shipped, delivery depends on the service selected and can take around 3–10 business days in the U.S. or 3–14 days internationally.

We do not deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

Costs & Expedited Services

Spring Step Shoes offers the following FedEx shipping options:

• Free FedEx Ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $75; otherwise, it's $7.95 (orders from multiple warehouses may incur additional fees).

• Expedited shipping via FedEx is available—check rates at checkout.

• We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, which can take about 2 extra weeks, and use both FedEx and USPS for these destinations.

• Same-day shipping is offered for orders placed before 12 PM EST on business days.
