TERMS & CONDITIONS

The VIP Points Program ("Program") is offered by Spring Step Shoes. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through our loyalty platform provider. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.


ELIGIBILITY

• Available to customers with a registered account at SpringStepShoes.com.

• One account per individual.

• Wholesale, reseller, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts may be excluded.

• We reserve the right to revoke participation at our sole discretion.


EARNING POINTS

PURCHASES

• Points are earned on merchandise subtotal only.

• Tax and shipping are excluded from point calculations.

• Order totals may be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar before calculating points.

• Points are awarded once an order reaches Fulfilled status.

• Points are not guaranteed to appear immediately. Delays may occur due to fulfillment timelines, verification processes, moderation, returns windows, or platform syncing.


RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

If an order is returned, refunded (in full or part), canceled, voided, or charged back, all points earned from that order will be removed.

Points are removed at the order level and are not prorated.


PRODUCT REVIEWS

• Only one review per product per customer qualifies for points.

• Reviews must be associated with an order placed within the last 12 months that was kept and not returned.

• Reviews for returned merchandise are not eligible.

• Reviews are subject to moderation and approval before points are awarded.

• Duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive reviews may result in disqualification.


ENGAGEMENT ACTIONS

• Points may be earned for approved engagement actions such as social follows, surveys, or birthday submissions.

• Actions must be verified.

• Each qualifying action may only be completed once unless otherwise stated.

• Points for engagement actions may take time to reflect.


REDEEMING POINTS

• Points may be redeemed for discount rewards as displayed on the VIP Points Program page.

• Points have no cash value.

• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Rewards cannot be applied to past purchases.

• Rewards may not be combined with certain promotions.

• Minimum purchase requirements may apply.


POINTS EXPIRATION

• Points may expire after a defined period of account inactivity.

• Inactivity may be measured from the last earning or redemption activity.

• Reminder emails may be sent prior to expiration.

• Expired points cannot be reinstated.


PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

Spring Step Shoes reserves the right to:

• Modify earning rates.

• Change redemption values.

• Adjust expiration policies.

• Add or remove rewards.

• Suspend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

In the event of termination, unused points may be forfeited.


FRAUD & ABUSE

The following may result in point forfeiture and account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts.

• Submitting fraudulent reviews.

• Exploiting system errors.

• Manipulating reward mechanisms.

• Reselling rewards.

All determinations are made at our sole discretion.


NON-TRANSFERABILITY

• Points are non-transferable.

• Points cannot be sold or gifted.

• Points have no monetary value.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Spring Step Shoes is not responsible for:

• Technical malfunctions.

• Loyalty platform outages.

• Delayed or lost points.

• Unauthorized account access.

• Third-party platform errors.

Participation in the Program is at the user’s own risk.


GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
