Spring Step Shoes guarantees our products are free from manufacturer’s defects within a period of 6 months from the time of consumer purchase and under normal wearing conditions. 

We can accept returns only for items purchased in-store or on the www.SpringStepShoes.com website.  

If your order arrived defective or developed a defect within 6 months of purchase, please submit images and let u know via this form. 

If you want to keep the defective item for a discount, use this form to submit images and let us know you want a promotional adjustment for the defective item.
