Spring Step Shoes ships with FedEx and USPS for P.O. Box and military APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order has been placed, our processing time before an order ships is 1-5 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If your order is past our 5 day time, excluding weekend days, and you haven't received an email with tracking, please let us know via this form. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package on the FedEx website.

Shipping can take 1-7 days depending on where you are in relation to our shipping locations in Florida. 

For orders to P.O. Box and military APO/FPO addresses, please allow an additional 10 days for delivery.
