What do I do when I am missing items from my order?Updated 2 years ago
Did you receive your order, and are missing items? There are a few reasons it may appear that way.
For one, we ship from multiple locations, and its possible you haven't received your other tracking information.
Other reasons could include the item being missed during the packing stage, or it was lost during transit.
In order to best assist you, please take images of the packaging from every angle, including the numbers stamped on the box. If you can also include how the items were received, while in the box, that would be helpful too.
After taking the images, submit them using this form.
Select "Order issue, missing item" for your submission to be treated with priority.
