What do I do when my order status is delivered, but no order was received?Updated 9 months ago

If your FedEx tracking says delivered but you haven't received your order, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Check the image of the delivery on FedEx.com. Verify that the picture of the door to which the item was delivered matches yours.
  2. Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
  3. Check the perimeter of your home, apartment complex, or surrounding areas. Remember to check your leasing office, mailroom, or parcel locker, if this applies to your shipping address.
  4. Ask other house members or friendly neighbors if they took your package for safekeeping.

If you've done the above and your order did not turn up, let us know by contacting customer care using this form

Select "Delivery issue, missing order" for your subject so your message is treated with priority.

Once we receive your missing order inquiry our customer care team will reach out with the next steps. 

Spring Step Shoes is not liable for orders that are stolen after delivery. 

If you did not opt into our Shipping Protection for this order, and your order was successfully delivered, by FedEx with the image of delivery, and yet you do not have your order, we will be unable to assist with a resolution. 

Please be advised that the complete shipping claims process can take between 14-30 days to resolve.
