At Spring Step Shoes we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from www.SpringStepShoes.com, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original, unworn condition for a refund to the original payment method.


If you choose to return for a refund, and use our prepaid return label, there will be a $7.00 deduction from your refund once your return is processed.

For International Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from www.SpringStepShoes.com, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange. 


Fine Details 

  1. All items returned must be in UNWORN and ORIGINAL condition and include all original tags. 
  2. All original tags, packaging and original shoe box must be included. 
  3. A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all shoes returned without a shoe box.
  4. Please send the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging. 
  5. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the purchase receipt. 
  6. Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse. 
  7. Please note that all Products marked as “Final Sale” items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Spring Step Shoes will not accept returns for Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of order, nor Spring Step Shoes will issue any credit towards the return of Products marked as “Final Sale”. 
  8. Allow 3-5 business days for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we receive your returned item(s). 
  9. Spring Step accepts returns only for items purchased on the springstepshoes.com website. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on www.SpringStepShoes.com website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase. 
  10. We cannot reimburse any expedited or international shipping fees added to your original order or return. 
  11. Returns from the "Buy One Get One" sales: The purchase of two pairs is what qualifies you for the discount during our "Buy One Get One" Sale. Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if either pair is returned. The discount may be retained if an exchange is made at the time of return. 

PACK AND SEND YOUR ITEM(S) BACK 

Repackage items exactly how you received them in the original shoe box and include all original tags. 

Write your SpringStepShoes.com order confirmation number on the outside of the package. Affix the return label on the protective shipping packaging (not the shoe box).

Take your sealed box to any post office counter or authorized carrier outlet to purchase your return postage.
