Can I get a promo/price adjustment?Updated 10 months ago

Spring Step Shoes happily adjusts orders for the following reasons:

• Price drops
• Promotional codes

To preserve the integrity of our promotions we cannot honor promotional codes after they have expired. We also cannot combine two promo codes in the same order.

Price drops

To qualify for a price drop promotional adjustment, your order will need to have been placed within 30 days of the price drop. 

If this applies to your order, let us know here and select "Promotional adjustment, price drop" as the subject.

If your price drop request is approved, you will be provided with a refund for the amount to the original payment method.

Promotional codes

To qualify for a promotional code adjustment, your order will need to have been placed within 30 days of when the code was activated. 

Your order will also have to qualify for the promotional code's terms and conditions.

If your order qualifies for the promotional code, you can submit a request to [email protected], reference "promotional code" in your subject line. 

If your price drop request is approved, you will be provided with a refund for the amount to the original payment method.
