Style, Color and Size Changes
After an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
Instead you will have 30 minutes to cancel your order via your order confirmation email.
After this 30-minute window, you cannot make a cancellation yourself, and will need to submit a request with our customer care team.

Address Changes
To request a shipping address change, the below needs to be true for your request to be successful:
Your order shipped via FedEx
The new address is not in another country
The package is not delivered or out for delivery
If the above applies to your request, we can correct the shipping address on your order by submitting a request with our customer care team.
