Product Warranty

Spring Step Shoes guarantees our products to be free from manufacturer's defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase under normal wearing conditions.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or alterations. Additionally, any unauthorized repairs or modifications made to the product will void this warranty.

Furthermore, this warranty specifically excludes coverage for the heel tread component of the shoe. If the heel tread becomes detached or damaged, it can typically be reattached using glue or repaired by a local shoe repair professional. However, please note that any repairs made to the heel tread are not covered under this warranty.
